The Sounds of the Season Concert is Sunday, October 30. Leaders are to be there 12:00 to 12:30. All other students by 1:00. The Concert starts at 2:30. It is a great opportunity to hear all the music our musicians have been performing during the half-time shows this year. It is also warm and dry!
If you have not turned in your Band Banquet reservation form and payment, you can turn it in at the Concert. Keep in mind that while Senior Students do not have to pay for their banquet, they must still return a reservation form. A copy of the form can be found on our Forms page.
On Sunday, we will have limited concessions available (pop, chips, candy). We will also have Yard Signs ($15), Car Magnets ($5) and Eagle Sunglasses ($4) available for purchase.
And, if you have not yet purchased your Chick-fil-A Cow Calendar ($8), this will be the last time they will be available for purchase this year. The calendar includes a coupon card worth $30. We have a limited number of calendars available. We also have a very limited number of Coupon Books ($25) available. Both of these items make great Holiday presents.
Finally, the COIN WAR winners will be announced. The Section that collected the most coin will have the privilege of throwing a pie in Mr. Kalish’s face. Last year the Trumpet Section won. This year, it has been a heated competition between Trumpets and Flutes. Who will win???
