Hi All,
Just a few updates for the busy weekend coming ahead. Both Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Band go to contest this weekend. The official times for arrival, departure, and performance are posted on www.eaglemusic.org under ‘The Word’ tab. We still need 2 chaperones to accompany the Symphonic Band on Saturday. If anyone is interested, please let me know.
The Middle School will be hosting solo/ensemble contest on March 15. We will need about 20-25 parent volunteers for a variety of tasks throughout the day. These will include escorting students, serving breakfast/lunch to the judges, and selling concessions. Please let me know if you are interested and available at helping out at this event. Many of your students have already volunteered, please follow their example and give us a hand.
Reminder for those with Orchestra/W.E. students: the permission slips/medication forms in the NY trip packet are due. If you have misplaced your forms, they are available for download on www.eaglemusic.org
Lastly, there are still several students who have outstanding fees, fundraising monies, etc. Please be considerate and take care of these issues promptly. If you are unsure of your students standings, please let me know and I can look it up for you.
