Dear Parents of students going on the Disney Trip,
There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, January 6th at 7:00pm in the large lecture room at the High School. (room 457) This meeting’s purpose is to put out the current preliminary schedule for the trip, discuss our upcoming fundraisers that students and parents can participate in to help offset the costs, and to answer any questions parents may have about the trip at this point.
To be clear about the schedule, there are some days that cannot be fully planned at this point. Disney doesn’t schedule our performances or locations until about a month out from the trip. If you have questions about exactly which parks we will be in on certain days, we might not have those answers for you.
There will be one more “mandatory” meeting prior to the trip about a month out (once our itinerary is finalized) That all students and parents must be at where we go over rules and regulations, procedures, and answer any final questions you might have.
We will be doing roommate selections soon as well, students please have an idea whom you would like to room with (*rooms of 4) This will not be happening at this meeting, but sometime in the next week or so of school.
Students are welcome to attend the meeting, but are not required to.
