Building a tradition of musical excellence

Marching Band

The NOHS Eagle Marching Band is one of the largest student organization at North Olmsted High School. It is also among the most active. The Eagle Band meets from the beginning of August through the end of October each year. In general, the group rehearses Tuesday and Thursday Nights in August and during the school year on Wednesday evenings from 6:00-9:00 p.m. (This may vary somewhat as events or circumstances dictate.)  Membership in the ensemble is open to all NOHS students who are enrolled in the concert band class and demonstrate an appropriate level of skill through past participation in the North Olmsted Bands or audition with the director. The band is comprised of musicians and the members of the Eaglet Flag Corps and Eaglet Kickline.

The Eagle Marching Band has worked to establish a tradition of excellence in performance and in the character of its members. The band has presented memorable and well-received shows at all NOHS Football games. The group has also performed at Walt Disney World , and for several years at the Solon Band Bash, Parma Band Spectacular, and the Cleveland Columbus Day Parade.
